Here are my YTD totals:

Cycle: 10 days of cycling, 103.1 miles total
Run: 21 days of running, 65.4 miles total
Swim: 8 days of swimming, 3.9375 miles total
Weight Training: 21 days

It's amazing to me to look back at January and see where I was only running a mile or a mile and a half. Now look at me - I'm running 10 miles on Friday and a half marathon in just over 2 weeks from now. What a great sense of accomplishment. :)

By the way, welcome all my new followers and THANK YOU to everyone for such positive and encouraging comments. You guys truly make my day!!!

Isn't it amazing how you can build up your running like that?! My husband and I ran 4 miles together last night, and I said, "remember when we thought 3 miles was a big deal? Now 4 is a 'short run'!" I love it!

That is a great mileage buildup in such a short time. Nice job!

You had an awesome month Ashley! I would have said that regardless of your car accident -- that just makes your accomplishment even more great! I'm so proud of you!
And seeing how far you have come in running, I have decided that I'm going to give it a try myself! :)
